David GoretskiDavid Goretski - Chief Executive Officer

David Goretski became the CEO of nTAG in September 2005, and brings twenty years of management experience in high tech industries. Dave’s experience crosses multiple verticals including Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance and Legal Services. Prior to nTAG, Dave was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Bessemer Venture Partners, one of the world's leading venture firms. Previously, Dave was CEO of ReefEdge Networks, a developer of WLAN systems, where he dramatically grew revenue via strategic partnerships, and successfully led the sale of ReefEdge Networks to a large, publicly traded technology company. Prior to ReefEdge, Dave was Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at Octave Communications, a provider of audio-conferencing solutions for the global service provider and carrier markets. At Octave, Dave increased revenue in North America and was directly involved in Octave's acquisition by Voyant Technologies (Polycom) in 2003. Previously, he was General Manager of a $150 million division within Dictaphone. Dave established and directed offices throughout Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America. He restructured the London-based division, providing significant growth over a 3 year period. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University.

Rick BorovoyRick Borovoy - Executive Vice President of Product Development, CTO and Co-Founder

Rick Borovoy is co-founder of nTAG Interactive and inventor of the world's first interactive badge specifically designed for face-to-face social networking and event data management. As the Chief Technology Officer, Rick defines nTAG's technology strategy and leads product development. After earning his undergraduate degree from Harvard in 1989, Rick spent five years conducting research in collaborative computing in Apple Computer's Advanced Technology Group, for which he received five patents. Rick earned both his master's degree in 1995 and his PhD in 2002 from the MIT Media Lab. His PhD research focused on how technology can support face-to-face communication and community building, and included the development of three prototypes of interactive badges, tested and proven in numerous conferences. These research and development efforts have been the foundation of nTAG's technology. Rick is considered a pioneer in social applications of ubiquitous computing, and has presented and published his work in a broad variety of global academic forums.

Gilles-André (G-A) Morin – Vice President of Client Operations

G-A Morin leads and directs nTAG’s skilled professional services team. He brings more than 20 years of experience in business operations and management, including expertise in information services administration, process automation, and systems deployment. Prior to joining nTAG, G-A was VP of Internet Operations & Support Services at Nuance Communications/Dictaphone Corporation where he successfully launched a mission-critical hosted voice recognition solution and orchestrated the resources necessary to implement over 400 clients and deliver over $30M of recurring revenue per year. There, G-A also built and staffed a world-class IT operation capable of supporting a yearly business growth of 200%. Previously, he was Director of Enterprise Engineering for Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, responsible for architecture, configuration management, messaging, security, and technical communications. G-A holds an MBA in Strategic Management from McGill University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal.

Paula CrerarPaula Crerar - Vice President of Marketing

Paula Crerar is responsible for marketing strategy and implementation at nTAG. Previously, Paula led marketing efforts at Octave Communications, and was instrumental in elevating the company's market presence and gaining key customers. Prior to Octave, Paula was Director of Marketing, New Products and Technologies for iBasis, a leading VoIP carrier, where she launched new communications services, partnering with leaders in speech technology and conferencing solutions. Previously, Paula successfully launched award-winning global high tech solutions for Dragon Systems, a leader in speech technology, and Lotus Development. During her career, she developed technology and marketing partnerships with Texas Instruments, Palm Inc., and Sony Corporation. Prior to Lotus, Paula revitalized the LifeSavers brand as Product Manager for Nabisco, Venezuela. Paula holds an MBA from Babson's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College's School of Management.

Mike TaylorMike Taylor - Vice President of Sales

Mike Taylor directs sales strategy and manages nTAG's sales team. Mike comes to nTAG from InBoxer where he was VP of Worldwide Sales and Business Development. Previously, Mike was VP of Worldwide Sales at ReefEdge Networks, a provider of wireless LAN solutions, where he increased revenues by successfully targeting Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to ReefEdge, Mike was Director of Sales at Polycom, managing an international divisional sales team serving Tier 1 carrier and service provider accounts. Previously, Mike achieved record sales at iBasis as Director of Enhanced Services Sales. He gained corporate and industry leadership recognition as International OEM Sales Manager at Axis Communications, Inc. and at sales executive positions with both Intranets.com and Sprint. Mike holds an MBA from Babson College's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Bates College.

Michael Mozzer Michael Mozzer - Vice President of Finance

Michael Mozzer is responsible for the company's financial management, legal and administrative functions. Michael brings over fifteen years of financial experience in both public and private high technology companies to nTAG. Prior to nTAG, Michael was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Aras Corporation, a venture-backed software company providing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. He successfully closed a Series C $12M round of venture capital financing and established and managed all accounting, finance and administrative functions for the rapidly growing organization. Previously, Mike was Corporate Controller and Acting Chief Financial Officer for Performaworks, where he closed a $13M round of venture capital and assisted the CEO with the sale of the company to Workscape. Michael began his career at Coopers & Lybrand and has held senior financial positions at Opticom, MatrixOne, and Computervision. He is a registered CPA and holds an MBA from Babson's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University.

Michael Motta – Vice President of Engineering

Michael Motta leads and manages nTAG’s talented engineering team. Michael brings over two decades of experience to the role, including expertise in embedded software development, web-based services, and demonstrated success in leading hardware and software development teams. Prior to joining nTAG, Michael managed an engineering team at Way Systems, a provider of wireless payment systems. Previously, Michael was VP Engineering at Cyphermint, where he successfully drove numerous releases of secure payment systems supporting web-based and mobile financial processing applications. He was also VP of Engineering at ADC Telecommunications, Enhanced Services Division. Over the course of one year, Michael helped to double revenues for carrier-class network infrastructure software and applications products. As engineering director at NMS Communications, he focused on building a team to implement a broad range of network protocols and built the category-leading regulatory compliance group at the company. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in theoretical linguistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Georgetown University.

Meg Fasy – Vice President of Venue Sales

Meg is responsible for venue strategy and alliances at nTAG. She brings more than seventeen years of experience in the events and hospitality industry. Prior to nTAG, Meg managed business development at Event Strategy Group, where she created and successfully implemented the company’s sales strategy. Previously, Meg was Executive Director of Industry Relations at iBAHN, a leading global provider of technology infrastructure and applications for the events industry, Director of Convention Sales for Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, and Director of Sales for the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau. Meg is a Certified Meeting Planner and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University.
