Pre-Event Services
From day one, nTAG Professional Services provides complete project management to ensure the success of your meeting. Before your event, we work with your company to select nTAG solutions that will optimize achievement of your event objectives and design event activities based on nTAG data and best practices. These services include application configuration, data handling, testing, and integration with other event management systems, such as sales automation and CRM applications. Our Professional Services team will even conduct site visits to determine the location of hot spots and test applications and data transfer within the actual environment where your meeting will take place.
On-Site Services
At your event, nTAG Professional Services works hand-in-hand with your event team—meeting planners, registration personnel, presenters, activity leaders, exhibit staff, and more—to ensure a smooth-running event. Services include set-up and system management, coordination with the registration team to distribute nTAGs, and training of meeting staff and attendees on use of the nTAG. We’ll even oversee the collection, inventory, and inspection of the nTAGs at the close of the event. At each step of the way, nTAG Professional Services is available to assist with on-site monitoring and reporting—identifying potential problems, suggesting workarounds, and communicating changes—to provide an exceptional event experience for all participants.
Post-Event Services
After the event, nTAG Professional Services provides comprehensive reporting and analysis on all aspects of your corporate meeting, helping you understand what worked, what didn’t work, and whether you quantifiably achieved your event objectives. Our Professional Services team conducts a post-event evaluation to help you understand where you excelled and where there’s room for improvement. We work with you to examine all data collected during the meeting—attendance figures, networking interactions, survey results, testing scores, exhibitor lead count and quality, sponsorship results, and more—to compare performance against objectives, measure the effectiveness of event activities, and calculate ROI.
